Data we collect

We process company and contact details, campaign briefs, supplied content and rights evidence, account activity, publication links, performance metrics, billing records, device and security logs.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to review applications, provide contracted services, secure accounts, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and respond to requests. Marketing is sent only where a valid basis exists and can be stopped at any time.

Sharing and transfers

We share only what is necessary with infrastructure, email, analytics, payment, professional-service, and publishing providers under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as long as required for service, security, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. Access controls, encryption, logging, backups, and incident procedures protect the data.
