Campaign brief

How to Prepare Your ClipAds Campaign Brief

A useful brief gives our team enough information to assess your campaign without guessing. Describe one product, one audience, one message, and the destination viewers should use. Include the market, timing, budget, and restrictions before creative work begins.

Prepare these answers before the first review.

Use the downloadable blank template or bring these answers to the application. No social-account password, API key or customer record belongs in a brief.

  1. Product and objective

Name the product, paste a working destination and describe the one feature, release or problem the message should introduce.

  2. Audience and restrictions

State requested country, language, audience, platforms and prohibited contexts. Identify mandatory restrictions versus preferences.

  3. Budget, timing and approval

Give a budget range of at least $1,000 USD, a desired window and an approver. Include reporting requirements and required claim wording.

Campaign fit

A clear brief answers three questions

  • What are you promoting, and what should a viewer understand or do?
  • Which language, markets, content topics, and exclusions matter?
  • Who approves the work, what is the budget cap, and when is launch needed?

FAQ

Questions before campaign review

Do I need a finished banner?+

No. Share approved brand assets and the message; creative preparation is included or scoped explicitly in the proposal.

Can I request only US placements?+

Yes. State the market requirement. We confirm feasible account and content options before launch rather than treating it as guaranteed ad-network targeting.

Should I share account passwords?+

No. Our team operates publishing accounts. Never put passwords, access tokens, or customer records in the brief.
