Prepare Brand Assets for Your Video Banner Campaign
A clean handoff reduces avoidable revisions. Send approved identity files, product visuals, the exact message, and a working destination. Tell us which assets can be edited and where they may be used; technical export settings are confirmed for the campaign.
Get campaign scopeProduction handoff
One organized handoff. Fewer avoidable revisions.
Send source materials and the approved message together. Keep file names versioned so the review and final publication refer to the same creative.
Identity and product visuals
Provide a vector logo where available, a high-resolution alternative, color references and approved product imagery. Use fictional data in screenshots.
Copy and destination
Supply the product name, one benefit, one call to action, working URL, qualifications and mandatory wording in the same document.
Rights and final approval
Document usage permissions, permitted edits, territories and expiry dates. Name the approver and mark the approved creative version.
| Folder | Contents |
|---|---|
| 01-brand | Logo source, transparent alternative, colors, font permissions or approved substitutes. |
| 02-product | Current screenshots, authorized footage or product artwork without private information. |
| 03-copy | Approved message, CTA, URL, mandatory disclosures and market-specific terms. |
| 04-approvals | Version identifier, decision owner, usage rights, expiry and excluded contexts. |
This is a preparation checklist, not a universal export specification. Dimensions, format, motion, duration and revision scope are agreed before production.

Prepare materials we can review
- Use current logos and product visuals with documented usage permission.
- Keep copy, pricing, required labels, and destination consistent.
- Name file versions and identify the person responsible for approval.
Evidence and limits
Know what can be checked before launch
ClipAds does not guarantee acceptance of every supplied asset. Unclear rights, unreadable copy, or incompatible material must be resolved before publication.

FAQ
Questions before campaign review
Do you require one universal banner size?+
No. Final dimensions and safe areas depend on the agreed video and platform context. Confirm the specifications before paying for a final export.
Can I send stock or AI-generated visuals?+
They can be reviewed if you provide the relevant usage rights and provenance. Availability online alone does not establish permission to use an asset.
Can we change assets after approval?+
Yes, subject to review and agreed change terms. Give the new version a clear name; changes do not silently replace already published creative.
